Complies with ANSI Standard z358.1-2004. Eye wash station is galvanized steel pipe and waste tee with floor flange protected with BRADTECT™ safety yellow coating. This station is an all stainless steel fixture except sprayheads, which are ABS plastic. Stainless steel eye wash bowl and hinged dust cover. Universal identification sign and inspection tag included. Exceeds minimum water flow of 3 GPM at 30 PSI. Full, one-year warranty.

Eyewash bowl: 10" in diameter yellow impact-resistant plastict or corrosion resistant stainless steel. Hinged stainless steel dust cover (available on specific models) protect entire bowl to keep contaminant, dust and other debris from eyewash area. Dust cover springs open when push handle is activated.

Sprayhead assembly: All sprayhead assemblies include flow control to assure safe, steady water flow under varying water supply sondition and pop-off protective sprayhead dust covers. Eyewash features chrome-plated brass soft-flow sprayheads designed to gently cleanse the eyes. Exceeds minimum water flow .4 GPM at 30 PSI. 

Eyewash Valve: 1/2" IPS chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve is operated by a highly visible yellow PVC or stainless steel (where specified) push handle.

Pipe and Fittings: 1/2" galvanized steel pipe protected with Bradtect yellow coating (unless otherwise specified). The wall bracket provided (unless otherwise specified) is heavy-guage aluminum with three clearance holes for wall mounting (hardware not included).

Water Supply: 1/2" IPS female.

Waste: Dome-type strainer and 1 1/4" IPS female drain fitting with tailpiece (P-trap to conform to local codes by others). Compliance ANSI Z358.1-1998.
