Shipping

In North America we offer two basic shipping methods. UPS Standard (3-6 business days) and UPS Express (1-2 business days). Please note that the time refers to shipment date to arrival date not order date to arrival date. Non-stocking products will only be shipped when received from our supplier. Non stocked items that have been brought in to fill your order cannot be canceled or altered once ordered from the manufacturer. In situations where the product purchased is back ordered cancellation of the order is possible but a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to your credit. For shipments destined to countries overseas (UK, Australia etc.), we use UPS Worldwide Express and The United States Postal Service with an average transit time of 4-10 days to most counties. Please note that overseas shipments may be subject to duties, customs & brokerage fees which we cannot determine or estimate prior to shipment. This also applies to Canadian Customers receiving products from American manufacturers. For orders with a UPS charge lower than $13 we reserve the right to ship other than with UPS (unless express shipping has been selected).

Returns / Chargebacks

Your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for most unopened products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 20 days of purchase. Please contact us to receive your authorization number BEFORE returning any parcel. Credit will be issued for the full price of the product(s) minus a 25% restocking fee (if applicable). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipments without authorizations via phone or email may not be credited to your account. Shipments refused from UPS also will mean you will be subject to both origin & return shipping costs and additional handling costs. Please note that we do not accept returns on respiratory products, protective clothing nor gloves. This is our policy to ensure the integrity of our personal safety products and ensure they are "tamper-free" and uncontaminated. We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Incorrect and/or unauthorized chargebacks to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) for merchandise that you have ordered will be subject to an administrative fee of $25. AMEX credit cards will be charged in CDN funds ( US$ x 1.1 ) .
