This ensures that the rescuer can breathe easily through the barrier without excess effort being required.

The unique bio-filter material will prevent the airborne passage of over 99% of the viruses and bacteria that cause diseases such as Tuberculosis, Hepatitis and HIV*. It also acts as a physical barrier to moisture, helping to prevent body fluids from the patient reaching the rescuers mouth.

The virtually indestructible material of the face shield is extremely soft yet durable and conforms to the face of the patient while providing a slip resistant feel to the rescuer. The generous size of the shield also assists in isolating the rescuer from the patient.

Printed landmarks on the sheild assist in the positioning the CPR Bio-Barrier®. The graphic illustrations help to remind the rescuer of the rescue breathing procedures during the emergency situation.
